Client - Woodes via Sum Management

 

Brief

Woodes was looking to create a visually intriguing and beautiful video to accompany her new release RISE. She wanted to ensure that the video reflected the brand she was cultivating for herself and her music.

 

Response
Gaining inspiration from the lyrics of the song, we pushed for a hybrid of the literal and fantastical. We created two characters who wander in several different locations, performing rituals and communicating through expression. The meaning and interpretation of the clip was left intentionally open-ended for the viewer to decide.

 

Results
Woodes and Sum Management were ecstatic with the results as the song hit top charts around the world.
